Product Review Policy

Synergy House publishes product reviews to help customers make informed choices. We do not create, commission or publish fake reviews, and we do not change a reviewer's wording, identity, date or rating.

Reviews from Synergy House customers

A review is marked Verified only when the review system can match it to a completed Synergy House order. Reviews collected by an invitation sent after an order are also identified by their collection source. A review submitted directly on the website without a matching order is not presented as a verified purchase.

Supplier product reviews

We may display a review originally collected by a product supplier only when it relates to the exact same product, the review is genuine, we have permission or a valid syndication right, and the original source can be disclosed. We do not import supplier delivery or customer-service comments as product reviews.

Supplier reviews are labelled as imported or supplier-origin reviews and are never described as purchases made through Synergy House. We preserve the original wording, reviewer identity, date and rating, and apply the same eligibility rules to positive and negative reviews.

Incentivised reviews

If a customer received a discount, reward, free item or another benefit for submitting a genuine review, the review is clearly labelled as incentivised. An incentive must never depend on a positive rating.

Moderation and removal

We take reasonable and proportionate steps to prevent and remove fake, misleading or unlawfully incentivised reviews. We may investigate or remove reviews that are fake, spam, unrelated to the product, abusive or unlawful, disclose personal information, infringe another person's rights, or cannot be verified where verification is claimed.

Genuine negative reviews are not removed simply because they are negative. We do not selectively publish favourable reviews or give them misleading prominence.

Ratings and review sources

The source of each published review is shown in the review area. Where an overall rating includes more than one permitted review source, that fact is disclosed through the review-source labels. Only eligible published reviews may contribute to product ratings and review information shared with search engines.
